Judith Chartier Missing – Authorities have made a significant find on account of a missing young person from almost 40 years prior.
The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday that agents recuperated a vehicle from the Concord River that has been emphatically recognized as the 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger that was driven by 17-year-old Judith Chartier, of Chelmsford, when she vanished on June 5, 1982.
